EA- EMERGENT ALIGNMENT

EA (Emergent Alignment) is the geometric calculation at the heart of Adherence Cartography, transforming multidimensional behavioral data into a single, actionable predictive score. EA_geometric is designed to quantify a patient’s adherence potential by integrating three complementary behavioral dimensions:

• BASE™ – Predictive stability of adherence routines (X-axis)
   
• MVMT™ – Recent, concrete adherence behavior (Y-axis)
   
• STRATA™ – Social, relational, and resource context (Z-axis)
   

Together, these three pillars form the KYBOS™ cube, a three-dimensional representation of the patient’s behavioral ecosystem. EA_geometric converts the position within this cube into a normalized index that reflects the patient’s overall adherence potential.

1. Geometric Integration: Each axis of the KYBOS cube is normalized to a 0–1 scale. EA_geometric calculates the geometric mean of the three axes, producing a single index that balances predictive stability, recent behavior, and contextual support.
    
2. INA Adjustment: Intentional Non-Adherence (INA) is incorporated to account for conscious deviations from treatment. This ensures that EA_geometric reflects true behavioral potential, distinguishing voluntary lapses from situational or structural limitations.
    
3. Emergent Adherence (EA):EA_geometric feeds directly into EA, the forward-looking predictive metric of adherence likelihood. EA estimates the probability that a patient’s adherence pattern will be maintained under real-world conditions.
