The Ξxchange™

The Ξxchange™ functions as the centralized licensing, access, and enablement hub for all adherence cartography technologies, frameworks, and training programs. It is the ecosystem’s connective tissue, a dynamic behavioral observatory and operational gateway where licensing meets implementation.

From a licensing perspective, the Ξxchange is where all engagement begins, regardless of whether you are an academic researcher seeking permission to use the BAS-8™ in an unfunded study, a digital health startup embedding the Behavioral Fragility Score (BFS) into your RTM dashboard, or a hospital system looking to adopt adherence stability protocols at scale. Licensing is structured through a tiered framework, with each tier matched to the scope, setting, and level of impact:

Tier 0 enables non-commercial, investigator-initiated research and academic use. Though free of cost, it still requires oversight and a signed memorandum of understanding (MOU), ensuring fidelity to the methodology and protection of intellectual property. Researchers are encouraged to publish findings, contributing to the growing global body of evidence around fragility-informed care.

Tier 1 is designed for sponsored research, clinical trials, and structured program evaluation. It allows the integration of the BAS-8™, MMAS-8R, and BFS into defined studies, outcomes research, or population-specific analyses. This tier includes protocol guidance, training support, and data interpretation frameworks. Ξxpert Core certification is required for the team lead or PI, reflecting a shared responsibility for methodological accuracy.

Tier 2 is for full-scale implementation into care models, digital platforms, patient support programs, or national adherence initiatives. This is where the full weight of adherence cartography is brought to bear from integrated APIs to intervention playbooks and licensing for commercial use. Tier 2 clients receive priority access to innovation cycles, advanced analytics dashboards, and early inclusion in cross-partner validation efforts. Ξxpert Pro training is recommended, with Trainer-level pathways available for implementation leaders.

Every license issued through the Ξxchange is not merely a transaction. It’s an invitation to participate in a new behavioral paradigm. The Ξxchange ensures that all users, from frontline clinicians to global RWE teams, are trained, aligned, and supported within a high-fidelity adherence science framework.

It is here that tools become programs, insight becomes foresight, and theory becomes care.

The Ξxchange™ is not just where you access our platform.

It’s where you join it.

 Data Submission and Platform Integration

As part of the MMAS Researcher Program, participants are encouraged to complete and return the provided MMAS App Scoring Excel Worksheet in its entirety. This structured worksheet supports consistency in administration, accuracy in scoring, and alignment across research projects, particularly when used in multi-site or comparative analyses.

For those who elect to participate, completed worksheets may be securely transmitted to Adherence for potential integration into the ATLAS behavioral intelligence platform: our advanced geospatial and analytics system. ATLAS is designed to model population-level adherence trends in real time, enabling researchers to explore behavioral patterns, generate hypotheses, and inform the development of targeted interventions.

Participation in ATLAS is entirely optional and remains at the discretion of the research team, particularly in cases where local data governance, ethics committee guidance, or regional regulations restrict external sharing—even of de-identified data. Where participation is possible, contributions are welcomed and highly valued.

The MMAS worksheet itself does not contain any fields for personally identifiable information, and all submitted data must remain fully de-identified in accordance with HIPAA, GDPR, and other relevant data protection standards. Data housed within ATLAS is stored in a secure, encrypted environment and used only under strict governance protocols to protect both the research and the researchers.

Those who contribute data to ATLAS become part of a broader scientific community exploring the behavioral drivers of adherence globally. Participation may open pathways for future academic collaboration, multi-center studies, or joint dissemination efforts. In select cases, it may also support innovation initiatives in digital health or real-world outcomes modeling.

We view every dataset not only as a contribution to adherence science, but as a foundation for building more personalized, scalable, and behaviorally grounded approaches to care.

If you have any questions about completing the worksheet, data use policies, or your options for participating in ATLAS, please feel free to reach out to our research support team. We’re here to support your work.
